INFORMATION for Scholarship Application for Miami Beach High School Students, Class of 2026

To apply, please provide the following information: 

1. N. Bay Village Optimist Club Scholarship Application (please see below & click to download the application form).

2. Unofficial School Transcript.

3. College Acceptance Letter (from the college or university you will be attending in Fall 2026).

4. Personal Essay – this can be the one used for the Common Application.

Application Deadline: Friday, May 15th, 2026 - All Scholarship Applications must be submitted via email, as follows;

*Miami Beach Senior High School Students, please submit the entire application (#1– #4 as above) to CAP ADVISOR, Mr. Kenny Cabrera – kcabrera16@dadeschools.net/ Tel: 305-343-7782 Ext 2005

NOTE* All applications MUST include the entire package, including: NBV Optimist Club Application, unofficial school transcript, college acceptance letter and personal essay – they must be submitted together as a package.

· Please note, all Finalists will be required to attend a personal interview. Interviews will be held during the month of May and will take place in North Bay Village.

· Scholarship Winners will be required to attend the College Scholarship Award Ceremony for their Scholarship Checks presentation. The Ceremony’s time, date and location are to be determined, students will be notified in advance.
